These colorful pastel chalk drawings depict the overgrowth of roots in the world of Metamelei. The twisting structures penetrate space, forming living networks that expand organically, forging their own path. Some works also feature cells, enhancing the dynamic and layered nature of this growing system.
The series consists of drawings in various sizes, with the largest piece being a triptych on panels measuring 144 x 62 cm per panel. The intense colors and soft pastel texture give the images a vibrant, almost pulsating presence, while the deep contrasts create an immersive visual experience.
With these works, I explore the power and beauty of organic growth, free from technological influence—pure nature in its untamed form.
