Alter modernism - where technology meets nature
Psychedelic
These drawings explore the moments when perception loosens its grip and the world tilts into something deeper, softer, stranger. In this series, reality is not fixed — it stretches, drifts, and becomes porous. Forms dissolve into movement, bodies blur into sensation, and thoughts fold back into themselves like echoes.
I draw these works from a state that sits between waking and drifting: that suspended moment where clarity and confusion overlap. The textures are dense, layered, sometimes hypnotic — graphite that behaves like smoke, light that behaves like weight, lines that seem to breathe on their own. Each piece invites you to slow down and let your eyes wander until the familiar becomes unfamiliar again.
The psychedelic in my work is not about decoration or chaos. It is about perception — how quickly it can shift, how fragile it really is, and how beautiful it becomes when we stop trying to hold it still. These drawings document inner landscapes: emotional weather, altered focus, and the silent transitions where transformation begins.
This collection is a tribute to those inner distortions that reveal truth rather than hide it.
