This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


It is not allowed to:

  • Misuse of the website or parts thereof

  • Bypass security or access restrictions

  • Large amounts of data or images can be downloaded systematically

  • Reverse engineering to be applied to parts of the website

Users can request to have their account deleted via the contact form. After removal, access to restricted content will be terminated. Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.

All works, images, designs, texts, concepts and other content on this website are copyrighted and the property of M.V. Baks, unless otherwise stated.


Copyright and all associated rights remain with M.V. Baks at all times, even after purchase of a physical or digital work.

5.1. Not allowed

Without prior written permission it is not permitted to:

  • Works to be commercially exploited

  • To reproduce or distribute works

  • Works to edit or adjust

  • Upload works to platforms or databases

  • Works to use for AI training, dataset building or machine learning

  • Works can be minted or traded as NFT

  • Works to be used for printing, merchandise or other commercial applications

5.2. Tattoo designs

If a tattoo design has been purchased via the website, this design may be used for:

  • Personal use

  • Having the tattoo done by a professional tattoo artist


Tattoo artists may carry out the design on behalf of the buyer.


However, the design may not be:

  • To be resold

  • Will be reused for other customers

  • Used for commercial reproduction


The copyright remains entirely with M.V. Baks.

Parts of this website contain artistic works with explicit or erotic content.


The website is structured in different sections. Some parts are open to the public, other parts may require age restrictions or paid access.

7. Webshop & Orders

7.1. Conclusion of the agreement

An agreement is concluded when the customer places an order via the website and it has been confirmed by M.V. Baks.


M.V. Baks reserves the right to refuse an order if:

  • Incorrect data

  • Apparent errors in price or product information

  • Reasonable doubt about payment

7.2. Prices

All prices stated are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

EAny shipping costs will be displayed separately during checkout.

Obvious errors or mistakes in price indication are not binding.

7.3. Payment

Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during checkout. An order will only be processed after payment has been received.

7.4. Delivery

The customer chooses a shipping method during checkout.

The associated fixed shipping costs are clearly displayed.


Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer.


Although M.V. Baks takes care of careful packaging, no absolute guarantee can be given regarding transport conditions.


The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the product is received by the customer or a third party designated by him.

8. Right of withdrawal

In principle, consumers within the European Union have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days after receipt of the product. Within this period, the consumer can cancel the purchase without giving any reason.

8.1. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products

  • Unique original works of art

  • For digital downloads, consent to direct delivery and the expiry of the right of withdrawal is explicitly requested upon purchase.

  • Services that have been fully performed within the reflection time

8.2. Returns

If the right of withdrawal applies:

  • Return costs are borne by the customer

  • The product must be returned undamaged and carefully packaged

  • Eany depreciation due to careless use can be offset


After correct receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded within a reasonable period.

9. Damage, Conformity & Complaints

M.V. Baks delivers physical works carefully packaged and with attention to quality.


If a product is damaged upon delivery or does not meet the reasonable expectations that a consumer may have, the situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.


The customer is requested to report any damage or defects within a reasonable period of time after receipt via the contact form.

9.1. Original artwork

Original works are unique and cannot be replaced. If an original work arrives damaged, a suitable solution will be found in consultation, including - if reasonable - a refund.

9.2. Prints and other products

If prints or other reproducible products are damaged, replacement or refund may be offered, depending on the situation.

10. Digital Products

Digital products include downloads, digital artwork, designs, exclusive content and other non-physical deliveries.

10.1. Delivery

Digital products are delivered via download, email or via access to a secure environment.


The delivery is deemed to have been completed when the digital access or download is made available.

10.2. Right of use

When purchasing a digital product, the buyer obtains a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use for personal use only. There is no transfer of copyright or any other intellectual property right.

10.3. Not allowed

It is expressly prohibited to use digital products:

  • To copy or multiply for distribution

  • By selling or commercially exploiting

  • To share via networks or file sharing

  • To upload to public or private platforms

  • To be distributed via social media

  • To use for AI training or dataset creation

  • To edit or adapt for commercial purposes


Use is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial use.

10.4. Technical availability

M.V. Baks makes every effort to deliver digital products correctly, but cannot provide any guarantee for:

  • Uninterrupted availability

  • Compatibility with any software or devices

  • Keeping downloads permanently available


The buyer is responsible for the safe storage of downloaded files.

10.5. Abuse

In case of violation of these provisions:

  • Access to digital content will be revoked

  • The account will be blocked

  • Legal action being considered

11. Workshops

11.1. Participation

Registration for a workshop is final after payment. The participant is responsible for being present on time and following any instructions.

11.2. Cancellation by participant

Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the workshop. If you cancel within 24 hours before the start, the amount paid may be withheld.

11.3. Cancellation by organizer

M.V. Baks reserves the right to cancel a workshop up to 12 hours before the start. In that case, an alternative date will be offered or a refund will be made.

11.4. Unforeseen circumstances

If a workshop cannot take place due to circumstances beyond M.V. Baks's reasonable control, a suitable solution will be sought in consultation, including relocation or refund.

11.5. Liability

Participation in workshops is at your own risk. M.V. Baks is not liable for indirect damage or consequential damage resulting from participation.

12. Donations & Subscriptions

Certain parts of the website may be supported through voluntary donations or monthly contributions.

12.1. Character of the contribution

A donation or subscription is in the nature of voluntary support of the work of M.V. Baks. This does not concern the purchase of a physical or digital product, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

12.2. Duration and Termination

Asubscriptions can be canceled monthly.


Cancellation can take place at any time and will take effect at the end of the current payment period.


There will be no retroactive refund for periods already paid.

12.3. Access to content

If a subscription provides access to exclusive content, this access will expire after termination of the subscription.

13. Liability

M.V. Baks is only liable for direct damage that is the direct result of an attributable shortcoming. Liability for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit or immaterial damage is excluded.
This limitation does not apply in the event of intent or deliberate recklessness.

13.1. Limitation of Liability

If liability is established, it will be limited to a maximum of the amount paid for the product or service in question.

13.2. Damage during transport

If damage is reported that may have occurred during transport, M.V. Baks may request: • Photos of the damaged packaging • Photos of the product • Any additional information If there are clear indications that damage has been caused by careless actions after delivery or by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of M.V. Baks, compensation may be limited or refused.

EAny NFTs related to M.V. Baks's work are offered via external platforms, such as OpenSea.


Apurchase of an NFT takes place via the relevant platform and is subject to the terms and conditions of that platform.


Purchase of an NFT confers sole ownership of the digital token and does not constitute a transfer of copyright or other intellectual property rights unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.


M.V. Baks is not responsible for the operation, security or technical availability of third-party NFT platforms.

16. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions and all agreements concluded via this website are exclusively governed by Dutch law.


Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.


If the customer is a consumer residing within the European Union, the mandatory consumer law provisions of the country of residence remain applicable to the extent required by law.
