Description

Temptation Studies — Limited Giclée Fine Art Print

In Episode 2 of Live Lines, the drawing shifted from bloom to interaction.

A hand hovers.

A carrot becomes bait.

A small, hybrid creature — part animal, part ornament, part growth — reaches forward.

The scene feels almost playful at first glance. Yet beneath the gesture lies something older: temptation, manipulation, the subtle choreography between offering and desire.

The hand does not force.

It invites.

The creature grows from a rooted form, its branches resembling both antlers and miniature trees. The carrot, an everyday object, becomes symbolic — nourishment, lure, control. The composition balances humor with tension, innocence with strategy.

Created live, without digital correction, the drawing carries the immediacy of its making. Each shadow was built in real time, each line a visible decision.

This edition is produced as a gallery-quality giclée print, using archival pigment inks to preserve the depth of graphite and the fine textures within the bark, skin and hand. The tonal range ensures clarity while maintaining the raw intimacy of the original work.
