Biography

M.V. Baks quickly realized that while attending bakery school, he was too free-spirited and eager to create something with his own hands to spend his life pushing buttons on baking machines. That’s why he moved to Rotterdam to obtain his bachelor’s degree in fine arts at the Willem de Kooning Academy.

During the third year of his studies, he started his own art gallery called Downw_arts, where he curated and managed the production and agency for more than 40 exhibitions in various locations around Rotterdam.

In the eight years that followed, he specialized in software development and building robotics, resulting in all kinds of aquephonic, aerophonic, and hydrophonic installations. Through these, he reflects on the way humans attempt to control and manipulate nature with technology.

As a passionate entrepreneur and technologist with over 20 years of experience, I have always embraced the power of innovation. Over the past two decades, I have gained extensive knowledge in technology, artificial intelligence, and building successful digital ventures. Now, my mission is to share that knowledge, empowering others to seize opportunities and achieve their goals.

However, my journey has not always been one of growth and success. Due to changing circumstances in both my personal life and career, I found myself in a deep and challenging period. It was a time of reflection and rebuilding, where I had to confront significant personal and professional obstacles. But this experience made me stronger and helped me realign my focus. Now, having recovered, I see a world of new opportunities driven by the growing accessibility of AI models.

With the resurgence of artificial intelligence, we are on the brink of a technological revolution that offers everyone the chance to thrive, regardless of their background or experience. I am determined to share these insights and help others take advantage of these opportunities, just as I have. My goal is to inspire, guide, and show others how AI can improve their lives and accelerate their careers.
